Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bdt1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdt1 does not permit any person under 21 to use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated agents, bots, and third-party representatives may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino or sports betting platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of bdt1 or its affiliated partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from bdt1 under any prior account.

bdt1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification and proof of address — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on bdt1 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

bdt1 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or gift your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings within your account to any third party.

• Username: Your chosen username must not contain offensive, misleading, or brand-impersonating language.
• Password: You are solely responsible for creating a strong password and keeping it confidential. bdt1 recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform.
• Verification: bdt1 may require you to verify your email address, mobile number, or identity documents before your account is fully activated or before any withdrawal is processed.

bdt1 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

Deposits & Payments

bdt1 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time, and bdt1 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default; however, bdt1 may impose transaction limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly during account verification periods or following detection of unusual activity.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your bdt1 account balance within seconds for mobile financial service channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account balance during standard business hours in Bangladesh Standard Time.
• bdt1 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds may not be used to exploit welcome bonuses more than once. Bonus abuse through repeated deposit-and-withdrawal cycling is prohibited.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.

bdt1 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business days. Processing times for bank transfers may extend up to 72 hours in exceptional circumstances.

• Identity Verification: All withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification. Players who have not yet completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be asked to submit government-issued photo identification and proof of address before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and free-spin winnings are subject to the specific wagering requirements of the relevant promotion. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Pending Wagers: Any wager placed but not yet settled at the time of a withdrawal request will be settled normally before the withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal Limits: bdt1 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Where such limits apply, they will be communicated to the player in writing via their registered email address.
• Suspicious Activity: bdt1 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, terms violation, or irregular betting patterns.

Bonuses & Promotions

bdt1 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions described in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). This requirement must be completed within the specified validity period before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games on bdt1 contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain slots, and table games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. The specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and wager one active bonus at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: bdt1 reserves the right to void bonus awards and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming — is detected.
• Promotional Changes: bdt1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address.

Gameplay & Betting

All games available on bdt1 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live-dealer streams provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The integrity and fairness of game outcomes are the responsibility of the respective game providers.

By placing a wager on bdt1, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by the specific game's rules.
• bdt1 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a game experiencing a technical fault, a data feed error, or any condition that materially affected the integrity of the game or match.
• For sports betting markets, bdt1 relies on official data feeds from event organisers. In the event of a discrepancy between the bdt1 platform and official results, the official result as published by the governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) will prevail.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, bdt1's system will attempt to complete the game round using the last available game state. Where this is not possible, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bdt1 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances upon investigation:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on bdt1, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other multi-player games.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with bdt1's software, systems, or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at bdt1 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

bdt1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The platform provides a suite of player-protection tools accessible directly from any authenticated account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session duration reminders to help monitor time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During this period, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical faults, connectivity issues, or platform downtime beyond bdt1's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to a data feed error.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Any action or omission by a third-party game provider, payment processor, or data supplier.

bdt1 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or be compatible with all devices and network configurations. bdt1 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Termination

bdt1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated via the registered email address.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, submitted through the account settings panel or via the support team.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to identity verification. bdt1 will process such refunds within 10 business days of account closure confirmation.

Amendments

bdt1 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdt1 will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bdt1 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The version of these Terms displayed on bdt1.cc at any given time is the current and binding version. bdt1 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
